How Pennsylvania Pick 5 (Day) prizes work
Straight pays when your 5 digits match the draw in exact order. Box pays when they match in any order — a box with all different digits has more ways to win, so it pays less than one with a repeated digit. Pairs pay when the first two (Front), or last two (Back) digits match in position.
Wild Ball is an optional add-on that doubles your ticket cost. After the draw, one Wild Ball number is drawn and substituted for each winning digit in turn, giving extra winning combinations. Wild Ball prizes use the separate (lower) amounts in the table above and are won in addition to any base-game prize.
Amounts are for a single play at the wager shown. Always verify a win with the official lottery before claiming.
